Robert was born in Washington, D.C, and grew up in Bethesda, Maryland. He attended the University of Maryland at College Park, and completed his bachelor\u2019s degree in English Literature with a minor in Psychology at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. He earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary\u2019s University in San Antonio, Texas.<\/p>\n
